Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products as medical devices and accessories, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.

The only exception is CPAP masks, which may be eligible for return under specific conditions. Please refer below for full details and eligibility requirements.

Mask Fit Warranty Exchange Policy

We understand the importance of finding the right fit for your mask. To support your comfort and satisfaction, we honour a one-time mask exchange under the manufacturer's mask fit warranty program, subject to the following terms:
  1. One-Time Exchange:
    Customers are eligible for one (1) mask exchange per purchase under this warranty program.
  2. 30-Day Window:
    The exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  3. Equal or Higher Value Exchanges:
    • Customers may exchange their mask for another mask of equal value at no additional cost.
    • If exchanging for a mask of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
  4. Lower Value Exchanges:
    • Customers may choose to exchange for a mask of lower value, but no refunds or store credits will be issued for the difference.
    • This policy is in place because the warranty exchange is facilitated directly through the manufacturer's program, not a refund-based return.
  5. Eligibility:
    • The original mask must be returned in clean condition, with all components included (e.g., headgear, all cushions, frame).
    • Masks showing excessive wear, damage, or missing parts may be deemed ineligible for exchange.
